Delete Facebook, Instagram etc. You don't really need to know "Who is doing what" or "Who is eating what with whom."
- Don't over think and over analyze. You miss someone? Say a "hi". You want something? Ask. You don't like something? Tell.
- Avoid attachments. Root cause of unhappiness is undue attachments.
- Eat right, get some exercise. Health is very very important. Never say "I am too busy". Your extra investment of yourself in your job is nothing if you are unhealthy. Besides, Medical bills isn't cheap now a days.
- Adapt to change. Don't be a stuck up! Often the only people who survive and win in the world are people who adapt to the change and not fight off the change.
- Stay away from negative people.
- Mind your own business! What other people do is none of your business.
- Walk away when angry. Avoid speaking or reacting in that situation. Just shut up and walk away and get some fresh air. Egg on it. And then come back and deal with the situation.
